COIR FIBRE
Coir Fibre is extracted from mature green and brown Coconut Husks. It is then processed into the finest fibres. Coir Fibre is of two types - brown and white. Coir obtained from fresh green coconut is termed as white fibre, which is finer than the brown fibre. The brown fibre is the outcome of fully matured, seasoned coconuts, which lose their green color in the process. Each of them has its distinct types of applications. The brown fibre is widely used for the fabrication of doormats, brushes, mattresses, and other upholstery materials. In contrast, the white fibre is used for making ropes, making fishing nets, and other eco-friendly products.
